What is the COF?

• It is a place of reception for couples and families who are in a problematic or special situation, who need some kind of support, listening or accompaniment. It is a free service of the Church of Cuenca made up of volunteers.

Why is this service launched?

• The COF is launched by a request of Pope John Paul II and by a need of the Christian community.

• It wants to be a response to the need that Christian couples have in our journey, in the different stages in which we find ourselves.

• The COF not only supports people who are in difficult situations, but you can go to it when there are some doubts or you want to work on issues related to marriage and the family. When we start married life, in courtship, in parent-child relationships, in personal situations that we don't fit in as Christians ...

• The COF also intends to be a tool to break down the Magisterium of the Church, to explain and understand it well. To see that the Church guides us, does not impose on us, does not force us ... it guides us to be happy.
